The CEO of Nestle does not believe any one, other than Nestle should have the rights to water, so they can bottle it and sell it to you! They break the law in many jurisdictions- the fines are usually nothing. The law should say you do it once lage fine, second time 10 fold, third time 1000 fold – and jail ti,e for the CEO.
