I’m moving to Maryland, and the apartment I’m moving to gave me an account on [Moved.com](http://Moved.com) , which then gave me a choice of either using [publicgrid.energy](http://publicgrid.energy) or going through Baltimore Gas and Electric directly. Has anyone used [publicgrid.energy](http://publicgrid.energy) before, and knows if it’s legit?
