Holy shit. Ukrainians impress me on a daily basis with their ingenuity.
Maybe something is lost in translation, but hydrogen fuel cells aren’t explosive.
It’s a 60 liter tank with about 2.5kg of compressed hydrogen in it.
Hydrogen has about 120MJ/kg of energy.
So roughly 300MJ was released in the explosion.
That should be roughly equivalent to 72kg(!!!) of TNT.
Crazy shit. Wouldn’t be surprised if those buildings all collapse.
Brain automatically saw the words hydrogen and bomb and thought things had got way out of hand
