    I think I understand the purpose of the tool shed now. It’s because they’re using the tanks as APCs, with soldiers riding on top. Without the cope-cage those troops would be wrecked by UAVs.

    It seems to me that you wouldn’t even think of doing something like this unless the turrets on your tanks had some fundamental problem that prevents them from being fully rotated. Otherwise a Leopard is just going to run straight past you and shoot you in the ass.

    Anyone know anything about that? Do Russian tanks also have turret jamming problems, maybe after they’re already killed once?
