    Friendly reminder — the concept of judicial review does not exist in the Constitution. It is an “implicit” power. Not dissimilar to the right to privacy, which we know the so-called textualists rejected 2 years ago.

    It’s time to stop acknowledging the decisions of SCOTUS. Put them back to their constitutional roots of being a court that has jurisdiction over disputes between states and the likes.

    I believe in the rule of law. Problem is SCOTUS doesn’t. So it’s time to just start ignoring Marbury v. Madison. They grabbed power in 1803. Let’s just grab it back.
