The Ukrainian crew had completed appropriate training in Germany. The majority of German arms deliveries have recently gone to Ukraine.
According to the German Ministry of Economic Affairs, licenses for arms exports worth around 7.6 billion euros were issued in the first half of the year. Ukraine was the main recipient country with around 4.9 billion euros in licensed exports, which corresponds to 64 percent.”

I wonder how it feels for Germans to raise their flag in pride in the military context, I remember 5 years ago when I lived in Germany, everyone was super anti-military everything. I hope they are proud today with what they are doing, because having German industry on your side while they are the good guys really makes me feel better about our security.
